The eligibility criteria for D. Pharm :
course includes that applicants must be at least 17 years of age at time of admission, and are required to complete the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or 10+2 exam in the science stream. Required subjects are Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics. A minimum of 40 percent marks are needed in each subject.

The duration of the course :
shall be for two academic years with each academic year spread over a period of not less than one hundred and eighty working days in addition to 500 hours practical training spread over a period of not less than 3 months.
- The main motive of this program is to train the students with necessary skills and academic knowledge for accurate and safe processing of prescription, compounding, dispensing drugs, advice dosage and directions to patients and maintaining the inventory, stock, sub-stock in drug stores at hospitals, clinics etc. Our college is facilitated with a good infrastructure in laboratories and a best team of faculty members and achieving more than 90% of results in all subjects.
- Diploma in Pharmacy program has a wide range of scope such as self employment in drug store, pharmacist in government and private hospitals, speciality clinics, community health centers, medical representatives and can also extend the services in manufacturing/ production units, record keeping, raw material maintenance in pharma companies.
- On the whole D. Pharm is a versatile beneficial course which helps to upgrade the health care of the society by acting as a link between the doctors and patients. Every year, an ample number of students are getting placement in different hospitals and organizations through our placement cell.
The Rules and Regulations
- Students should be punctual to class at 8.55a.m.
- Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited in the college premises. Severe legal action will be taken against the students involve in ragging.
- Use of mobile phones/ camera are strictly prohibited within the college premises. Students must wear Identity card throughout their stay in college premises.
- Students should fulfil the attendance of 80% compulsorily to make eligible for appearing Sessional Examination/ Board Examinations.
- Three Sessional exams will be conducted for one academic session during Sep/Dec/Feb out of which students should appear for two sessional examinations compulsorily [both theory and Practical], failing which students will not be eligible to appear for Board examinations.
- Students should wear neat and clean dresses.
- Boys should wear full/half sleeves with simple top and no embroidery work on it.
- Girls should wear Chudidar with duppatas neatly pinned. Short top, Leggins and Jeans are not allowed.
- They should tuck in their shirts and wear shoes. Students must wear apron during the practical classes.
